Our Team

Aubrey is the owner and founder of Synergy and has been grooming since 1999. She specializes in small-breed senior pets, those with health or behavioral concerns, and some simple creative color. Her clientele is currently closed and new clients may be accepted from her waitlist.

Maren is the newest member of the Synergy team, and has been with us since the summer of 2025. She specializes in bigger dogs and takes a limited number of appointments each day. Dogs love Maren and she has just the right touch to keep them confident and happy.

Missy is one of our Senior Groomers and has been in the business since 2008. She has a passion for all things dogs! She has been working with dogs since she was in 4-H at 11 years old with things like agility, conformation, and obedience. She specializes in making doodles look like doodles, small mixed breeds, show cuts on poodles, puppies' first haircuts, large breed dogs, senior and special needs pets, and cat grooming!

Michelle is a Utah County native who has loved dogs her entire life and has always wanted to work with them. She started as a bather while attending Snow College, and then in 2005 decided to learn to groom and knew she had found her passion! Michelle is very interested in dog psychology and how their emotion drives their behavior and uses this knowledge for a positive and fear free approach to help dogs feel comfortable and confident.

Ginger started out as a client of Synergy Pet Salon. After the move to American Fork, Ginger became one of our valued staff members! Ginger’s personable demeanor makes her a favorite among staff and clients alike. She has a knack for communicating with animals and they fall in love with her. Ginger has a background in cosmetology and becoming a pet stylist has been a beautiful combination of two loves for her.

Christie is an American Fork local and joined our team at the begining of 2020. Christie originally learned to groom humans, but soon learned dogs are much more fun! She brings all of her creative skills to Synergy and produces beautiful grooms. As a bonus, dogs love her! She specializes in awesome doodle and poodle cuts. Her books are currently closed, but you can contact us to be put on her waitlist!

Jade is one of the few who can boast she received her training from Synergy. She began apprenticing under Aubrey and Missy in the summer of 2025 and loves dogs of all sizes and has openings in her clientele for both. She especially loves the bigger dogs and they love her too!
